What is an Authorized Dealer of PIC Performance Products?
An Authorized Dealer of PIC Performance products is an individual, organization, or company/shop that has been determined to have proficient knowledge in the area of automotive suspension, as well as a demonstrated dedication to both customers and the sport of automotive racing.
Authorized Dealers also possess an understanding of the technical and performance aspects of PIC's products, and of PIC's core philosophies as well. This ensures that the Authorized Dealer is able to effectively qualify the potential customer and determine if there is a PIC product that is suitable for their specific application.
Why do PIC's dealers have to become authorized?
Suspension modification is still a largely understood area, with respect to other areas of performance modification. Combined with the large amount of misinformation and misconception in the community regarding suspension upgrades, it is easy for the typical consumer to be confused, or misled, and end up purchasing a product that is unsuitable for his/her application, or simply unfit for production.
As an Authorized Dealer, the individual or company has been determined by PIC to be a suitable representative of PIC's products and philosophies, and customers can feel comfortable coming to these Authorized Dealers with their questions and concerns regarding upgrades for their cars.
